Vrinda International School students brought laurel


PNN/ Faridabad: Students of Vrinda International School showcased their agility and strength while participating in Inter School Taekwondo Girls Championship 2019. The event was organized by Gita Bal Niketan School Sector-21, Faridabad on 27 January 2019. Around two hundred thirty five students from various schools i.e M.V.N (Aravali), DAV Public school, Grand Columbus School, SurajKund International School, St. Joseph Convent School, Modern School, M.V.N Sector 88 and Apeejay School Sector-15 participated.

Vrinda International School students astounded everyone through their commendable performance by securing four gold and two bronze medals. The students as Komal Sharma, Anjali Barrar, Mahi Mavi, and Prachi Sharma of Class V achieved Gold Medals. Taniya Mavi of Class V and Muskan of class VII achieved two bronze medals. Among all participants ‘Best Fighter Award’ was given to Prachi Sharma of class V. They all played well under the age of 9- 12.

 The Director of the school Vijay Luxmi congratulated the students and their coach Manish for their magnificent performance and practice as well. It was heartening to see our young athletes standing proudly wearing medals, Vijay Luxmi stated.
