PNN/ Faridabad: Ryan International School, Faridabad celebrated Hindi Diwas with great enthusiasm to mark the acknowledgement of HINDI as the National Language. The special day was celebrated with plethora of activities conducted through the week. The Students took part whole heartedly and highlighted the significance of language in connecting the citizens of India through poster making, slogan writing competition, quiz and kahani buno pratiyogita.

To add a flavour to the celebrations A Special Assembly was conducted by class IX students in Hind making it all the more special. The melodious rendition, peace prayer and pledge in Hindi was a treat to ears. Raghav Dogra of class IX recited a self composed poem leaving the audience awestruck. Pratima Tandon of Hindi Department spoke about the importance of the day and emphasised that we should learn to speak in public domain without hesitation.

School Principal Nisha Sharma gave an insight and emphasised on the importance of Hindi in our daily life and urged everyone to feel proud of our National language Hindi.Language and culture of any country plays an important role in connecting people and helps in making a stronger nation. The celebration concluded on a positive note.
